Pool Patio Cleaning in Vero Beach, FL
Pool patios are great for enjoying Florida's tropical climate. Just like any piece of concrete or stone, a pool patio will grow organic matter if not properly maintained. Cleaning a pool patio is a similar to cleaning a driveway or walkway.
We start by rinsing any surrounding grass and plants with water, this will ensure our soap treatment will not be overbearing. Once that is complete, a pretreatment is applied to the area we will be pressure washing. This will be breakdown and kill the organic growth that is clinging to the pool patio's surface. While the pretreatment is dwelling, I connect the 16" surface cleaner to the high pressure line and begin making long passes across the pool patio. Maintaining a slow and steady pace while running the surface cleaning is important. After the surface cleaner has made a pass over the entire pool patio, the next step is to rinse off all the dirt and organic matter that the surface cleaner has removed from the pool patio before it dries. The final product is a clean pool patio.
