House Washing in Fort Pierce, FL
This house was located out of the city in a rural part of town, surrounded by trees. The gutters had a considerable amount of algae and mildew growing on them. There was also multiple wasp’s nest around house, as well as the usual surface dirt. Needless to say, the house was due for a wash.
We started washing the house first covering up any electrical outlets or other potential ares where we don’t want to be water to intrude. Then low pressure rinse with water, a side of the house removing all the loose dirt and debris from the walls and window tracks and other nooks where dirt and bugs like to hide. At this time we also make sure the plants have been soaked. While everything is wet, the chemical house wash mix is applied to the side of the house. The house wash mix is applied generously from the gutters down, then left to dwell for approximately 10 minutes. Keep the plants saturated with water, and rinse often. The chemical mix, is going to kill the algae and other organics living on the surface of the house. T hen rinse off the house wash mix and repeat to remaining exterior sides. The previous dirt, grime, and organic growth will have let go and rinsed away leaving behind a surface looking like new.
