Driveway Pressure Washing in Vero Beach, FL

Driveway washing

Driveways are common to grow algae and other organic matter. South Florida's tropic conditions leaves concrete wet for longer periods of time resulting in a new concrete driveway to look brown, dark and dirty within a year. The process we use to achieve a clean new-looking driveway involves three steps.
We first begin this driveway washing by rinsing sounding grass and plants to make sure the cleaning solution is not too overwhelming. Giving the vegetation a thorough rinse wish the pressure washer with the black (low pressure) tip on the wand. After everything has been saturated, we then apply our pretreatment solution evenly on the concrete surface we are cleaning. This solution kills the organic matter that grows on the driveway. The longer this pretreatment sits on the concrete, the better. We try to let it dwell for at least 15 minutes. By this time most of the black organic growth will start to turn an orange-like shade, as it is dying.
We then hook up our 16" surface cleaner and begin making passes longways on the driveway. After just one pass we see the incredible difference. After the surface cleaner has made a pass over the entire driveway, we use the wand with a high pressure tip to rinse the driveway clean. Resulting in a thrilled customer. By now the driveway should look like new concrete. Sometimes a driveway with heavy organic growth requires a post treatment as well.
In that case, the solution is applied just the same. But this time left to dry, where the rain will rinse off whatever is left.
